Bookings are for a minimum of 1 adult & 1 child or baby. There must be enough spaces left in a session for the amount of people you want to bring e.g. for 2 people it needs to say 2 spaces left.

Babies aged 0-6 months are free and don’t need adding to bookings unless you wish to play with them in the designated baby area then they need to be paid for as a baby (6-12 months at £3.50)

To ensure a safe and secure environment for your little ones, our age limit is up to & including aged 7.

Please note, we have a strict NO SOCKS, NO PLAY policy so please remember to wear or bring socks. If you do forget, you can purchase them on arrival for £1.

All bookings are non-refundable & cannot be transferred between villages!

Session Information

  • Each session lasts for 1 hour 45 minutes.
  • There is a maximum of 55 spaces per session.
  • Our minimum booking is 1 Child + 1 Adult (max 6 of each).
  • Maximum ONE booking per person, per session. Any multiple bookings will be cancelled.
  • To ensure a safe and secure environment for your little ones, our age limit is up to & including aged 7.
  • We have a strict NO SOCKS, NO PLAY policy so please remember to bring or wear socks
  • If you forget socks can be purchased for £1 on arrival.
  • Our cancellation policy is 48 hours. Please email us to move a booking!
